Our Policy on Addressing
Customer Harassment

Koyama Driving School is committed to preventing the deterioration of the teaching environment and protecting the working conditions of our staff. For this reason, please be aware that we will take a firm stance against demands that go beyond the bounds of common sense, as well as against violence, abusive language, sexual harassment, or any other behavior that offends the dignity of our staff members.

If I am strongly suspected of engaging in any of the following disturbing behaviors, I agree that I will not contest the school’s right to deny me the opportunity to take lessons or to expel me.

The following are examples and are not limited to those listed below:

  1. Physical attacks on other customers or staff (assault and disorder).
  2. Discriminatory language, threats, slander, defamation, humiliation, abusive language, or other mental attacks against other customers or staff, including by posting on social networking sites.
  3. Acts of causing inconvenience to other customers or staff members or interfering with their work through intimidating or threatening language or behavior such as sexual harassment, other forms of harassment, loud voices, abusive language, threats, or demands to get down on one's knees.
  4. Interfering with the work of staff members by refusing to leave, sitting out, or other restraining behavior.
  5. Repeated requests that are difficult to resolve and interfere with the work of staff members.
  6. Unreasonable complaints, demands for apologies, money, or other requests.
  7. Intentional damage to buildings, training vehicles, or other facilities.
  8. Filming or recording without permission.
  9. Any other act that violates laws and regulations or offends public order and morals, as well as any act that causes inconvenience or damage to other customers or staff or interferes with the work of staff.
